So, another week, right? Thank God! hahaha 🙂
After a meeting with the other members of the team, we decided to change the topic on the personal blog. This time the subject will be slightly different, it will be a bit about some skills that I have and those that claim to be useful throughout the LAPASSION project.
So, I consider myself a very proactive person, willing to help anyone who needs it, as well as hardworking and who likes to do everything that is within their reach. On the other hand, sometimes I try to do many things at the same time and I end up not giving total dedication, which ends up being harmful for me as for my team (in the case of LAPASSION).
When it comes to project execution, it is extremely important that the ability to work in a team is greatly improved. Leadership, conflict resolution, task delegation and communication are also skills that must be developed as they are well-demanded in a company.
As well as the others, this week was also very difficult. As I said earlier, dealing with many things at the same time is not easy … but let’s go!
